Comments on the conference topics:

 some speakers were not understandable because of their bad english

 gaining insight meant to me also the practical aspect, the use of results. There was too much weight on technical aspects of data enty and retrieval. But what is the use of it? What could it be used for?

 as a beginner in the field, I expected that especially the workshops introduce better in practical problems and processes and leave more space to the audience instead of the speakers 

  A few presentations/posters gave only an overview of technologies (standards) without any depth in either content or relation to CRISs. The CERIF workshop in part only repeated a couple of presentations 

 distinguishment between pure R Project and R Project Management Information would have been useful; if and how the applications using CERIF can be transferred and reused would have been useful

 success will depend on contacts and research

 would have like to see participants/speakers from EC - DG Research Enterprises; user representatives; large IT systems houses ?

 It informed me adequately on the relevant developments that are taking place in the field.
