Arvind Lakshmisha is a Research Associate and PhD candidate at the Section of International Agricultural Policy and Environmental Governance. He specialises in issues related to climate change and water governance. He is a Mechanical Engineer and has obtained a MSc in Climate Science and Policy from TERI University, New Delhi, India and a Double Masters in Public Policy and Human Development from UNU-MERIT and Maastricht University. He works on the research project BangaDyn, in the framework of the Graduate Program Rural-Urban Dynamics in Bangalore. His research focuses on analysing the “Rural-urban dynamics and cross-scalar coordination and institutional change in water governance “in the city of Bangalore in Southern India.
