We are permanently searching for well-educated PhD candidates, mainly interested in microwave measurement, device modeling and linear power amplifier design (for UMTS basestations). Other research topics are in the field of sensors (UWB microwave radar, pulsed laser radar).

Scholarship recipients, e.g. from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), are welcomed.
