Cancellation

The cancellation is respectively possible after the minimum running time of 3 months to the contract deadline. The cancellation must in writing, best sent to the high school sport by e-mail two weeks before contract deadline. Please give a current e-mail address in the written cancellation. Every cancellation is confirmed by us within 10 days by mail! If no confirmation is received please report immediately. Cancellation.pdf [65 KB]
Please note that a cancellation isn't carried out automatically with an ex-matriculation!

Debit order

The high school sport is so low priced because we do our best to keep the administrative costs as low as possible. Therefore the low cost membership is only possible in such a way if you assign a debit note preauthorized payment mandate to us.
The direct debiting can only be carried out with inland accounts. Owners of foreign accounts please consult the high school sport office directly.

Cash payment

Cash payment is only possible against a service charge of € 5.00.

Change of personal data

By change of address, name or banking connection we ask you to inform us immediately either in writing or by e-mail.

Insurance note

All students and employees of the University of Kassel are insured by the "Unfallkasse Hessen" during the High School Sport events. Members of the organization "Freunde des Kasseler hochschulsports e.V." are insured by the Sportversicherung des Landessportbundes Hessen. Participating guests are subject to the personal insurance. Moreover, it is recommended that all high school sportsmen/women have sufficient third-party insurance.

Course withdrawal

A withdrawal or cancellation of a course is generally possible. A refund of the course charges is only possible only under certain conditions:

1. The resignation of a course must be carried out in written form and with sufficient reasons within 2 weeks after the beginning of the semester sports program.
2. The Membership with the university sport cannot be refunded.
3. For the refund the bank statement bank is needed with the direct debiting. This must be presented within two weeks after the cancellation in the AHS office.
4. The course charges are paid out in cash.
