International Winter University (IWU) Kassel

Our Target Group

The IWU-program is designed for motivated and qualified Engineering students and students of the humanities.

It provides the opportunity to learn more about the German and European perspective of Renewable Energy Sources and to learn the German language or refresh German language skills by participating in an intensive language course.

Our Profile

IWU Kassel offers a unique study environment on a picturesque and lively campus. IWU and Kassel students will have the chance to meet in selected classes, as "tandem-language-partners", in campus cafés, and during leisure activities. In addition, IWU students will live with German host families and learn about everyday life in Germany through personal experience.

Our winter program combines high quality education, credit points, priceless personal experience, and first hand impressions about Germany and Europe.
