The energy transition is leading to more renewable energies and decentralization. The resulting greater diversity, comprehensive participation and greater complexity with shorter response times require a far-reaching restructuring of the infrastructure for distributing and storing energy. The cross-sector, intelligent networking of technical elements, business processes and market mechanisms is key.

In the C/sells project (starting on January 1, 2017), ComTec will primarily be involved in the creation of the RegioFlexMarkt trading platform. This is a virtual marketplace for trading regional flexibility options in cellular energy systems of the future.
