The Team of Power Electronics (Prof. Jens Friebe) presented 4 joint publications at the ICPE 2023-ECCE Asia from May 22-25 in Jeju, Korea. All publications were done together with the Power Electronics Group from the Leibniz University Hannover, were Prof. Friebe worked as a “Juniorprofessor” until February 2023.

One paper has also been awarded with a Best Paper Award (Non-Coupled Inductors for Dual-Buck and Differential-Buck Single-Phase Inverters, Tobias Brinker (Leibniz University Hannover), Lennart Hoffmann, Jens Friebe).

Lennart Hoffmann, currently Master Student at the Leibniz University Hannover, also published another Paper as main author (Power Loss Analysis of a Single-Phase Differential Buck Inverter with Power Decoupling Utilizing Energy Stored in Output Capacitors).

We are really looking forward welcoming him as a researcher in Power Electronics at the University Kassel, starting July 1^st .
