The Power Electronics Department (LE) participated in the European PhD School on Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Energy Control and Power Systems, held from 25–29 May 2026 in Gaeta, Italy. The event was organized by the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio in cooperation with ECPE and IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS).

The European PhD School is a platform that brings together young researchers and PhD candidates from across Europe to exchange experiences, discuss technical challenges, and present ongoing research in the fields of power electronics, electrical machines, energy control, and power systems.

During the event, Yasser Yousefi presented his ongoing PhD research work and his poster, engaging in discussions with fellow researchers and experts from academia and industry. The participation provided valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and receiving feedback on current research activities.
