ComTec participated in the AI Tour Hessen in Wolfhagen on September 12, 2026. The Hessian Minister for Digitalization and Innovation, Prof. Dr. Kristina Sinemus, took a look at various AI projects from Hesse, which were presented to the public in a hands-on, interactive way. ComTec was represented at the “AI Meets Ahle Wurst” event alongside the local butcher Koch from Calden. There, we presented the AI-supported curing process for Ahle Wurst.
