As the equal opportunity commissioners stand for more visibility and agency for women, they are involved in recruiting process. Thus, they thrive to increase the numbers of female employees in the areas where women are underrepresented
The student equal opportunity commissioners of the faculty represent the interests of female students; they respond to suggestions by trying to improve the study situation. In order to achieve equality, various programs are developed. Additionally, the student equal opportunity commissioners take consulting and supporting positions in difficult situations.
