Runzhi Zeng and Jiaxin Pan have developed a new approach to prove post-quantum security in the quantum random oracle model, where quantum adversaries are given quantum-access to hash functions.

PKC is the major area annual conference in public-key cryptography, and in 2024 it will be held in Sydney, Australia.
