Facilities

Our Slurm cluster currently consists of over 30 compute nodes providing a total of more than 4200 compute threads. For the work with deep neural networks, 60 NVidia GPGPUs are available (different Tesla generations: K80, P100, V100, A100), as well as generous network storage. The cluster is successfully used in teaching (e.g. in the courses Deep-Learning Lab or Grand Challenges of Machine Learning Lab) as well as in research. The cluster is one of the central building blocks that enable the IES department to conduct independent and innovative research.
