Information, leaflet and forms (child application, change notification, etc.) are provided by the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) here also in other languages on their homepage.
The forms offered here are created in PDF format and can be opened with Adobe Reader . You can fill out the forms on the computer and print them. If you want to save the forms filled in, you need Adobe Acrobat prof. or a comparable product. You cannot save completed forms with Adobe Reader. However, you can print the completed form to a PDF printer and thereby get a completed PDF form. A free program for Windows that creates such a PDF printer (Free PDF XP) can be downloaded here.
