The long-distance train station is Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. You can also reach Kassel-Hauptbahnhof via regional transport . Train connections can be found at www.bahn.de.

  • Bus stop "Mönchebergstraße" mostly with lines 52 or 110
  • Alternative: Tram line 3, 4 or 7 to "Am Stern" stop, change there to streetcar line 1 or 5 or walk the short distance to Holländischer Platz.

There are very few parking spaces around the Holländischer Platz campus in the surrounding streets (Hentschelstraße, Mönchebergstraße). All parking spaces are subject to charges. At the other locations of the University of Kassel you will find parking spaces in the surrounding streets.

The nearest airports are: Kassel-Calden, Frankfurt am Main, Hanover and Paderborn-Lippstadt. From Kassel-Calden you can take a cab or the 130 bus to Kassel city center. The exact timetable can be found on the website of the Kasseler Verkehrsgesellschaft. There are train connections to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe from Frankfurt am Main, Hanover and Paderborn.
