"Live your best life"
Once a week, usually on Fridays, I offer coaching appointments at a special place in the Kaufunger Forest. They have the motto: "Live your best life".
This motto is taken from my cycling trip in the summer semester of 2017 and is a quote from Clemens, a student from Neustadtl an der Donau. He used it to summarize what he considered to be a particularly worthwhile motto for life, emphasizing that the best life comes from a very specific attitude and direction. I was very taken by his statement and the further thoughts in the conversation and gladly take up this quotation for my coaching offer, because that is what it is all about.
The offer is free of charge and open to all interested parties. We work on your topics and concerns in a solution- and meaning-oriented way. The orientation of my coaching approach is centrally related to the findings of my research semester on the topic "Experiencing appreciation - 66 days of gratitude" and the attitude towards life I gained from it. I look forward to sharing these with you and making them fruitful. In addition, I have completed a vital coach training, which was an important basis for my cycling trip.
Arrange a meeting! I look forward to meeting you: dankenswert[at]uni-kassel[dot]de
