Bio
I am an experienced administrative professional with over 15 years of expertise in office management, project coordination, and multilingual communication. Recently appointed at the Institute for English and American Studies, I bring a strong background in organising workflows, coordinating meetings and events, managing budgets, and supporting institutional operations with precision and professionalism.
My career includes roles in international legal and development projects, where I facilitated collaboration across diverse teams (from law to education), managed resources, and provided translation and analytical support. Fluent in English, Italian, Macedonian, Serbian and Croatian and proficient in German, I excel in multilingual communication and have extensive experience translating and interpreting in both academic and professional settings.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Sustainable Development and a Bachelor’s in Italian and English Philology. My academic training is complemented by a Diploma in Project Management, equipping me with strong skills in planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
I also have teaching experience in English and Italian, enhancing my ability to communicate clearly and support educational environments. With my diverse skill set, international perspective, and dedication to excellence, I am a valuable asset to the chair, contributing to its mission in both academic and administrative domains.
