Research cooperation with the University of Beijing

As part of its research into the relationship between movement and social skills in early childhood development, the IfSS is seeking to collaborate with the China Institute of Sport Science (CISS). At the beginning of this month, our research associate Johannes Knauf met with Prof. Wang Qing and his colleagues from CISS for preliminary talks in Beijing. The project led by Johannes Knauf in Germany is now also being carried out in Chinese daycare centers. The aim of this research project is to gain insights for an intercultural comparison.
