Alexander Rakow works on an interdisciplinary understanding of architecture as a cultural, political, and economic instrument. Alexander studied architecture at University of Applied Sciences Bochum, Politechnika Krakowska and KU Leuven Brussels. He worked several years in architecture and has been engaged in carpentry and contemporary dance research. Beyond research, he actively engages in collaborative projects, such as co-founding not a bar /  not a uni, a student-led initiative promoting academic self-organisation and teaching, social exchange, and structural reform.
