Alla Vronskaya appointed Ailsa Mellon Bruce Senior Fellow at the Center for Advanced Study in the Visual Arts (CASVA), the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC.

At the Center for Advanced Study in the Visual Arts (CASVA), the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC, she will work on her second book manuscript, tentatively titled “Environmental Colonization: Architecture, Climate, and Geography in the Cold War Soviet Union.”
