The seminar focuses on innovative hybrid construction methods using clay and steel. Through theoretical and practical analysis of exemplary reference projects, the structural and design possibilities and limitations of the systems used will be examined and the potential of hybrid construction for the material-appropriate use of both building materials and their scalability will be assessed. A fundamental understanding of construction and completion of the modules Construction Fundamentals 1-3 as well as a substantial interest in circular construction are required.
