As part of the project completion, the QM for Crowdsourcing research project was published in the video series of the German Society for Quality (DGQ). The video provides an insight into the concept of crowdworking, quality management and the reference process developed as part of the project.

By introducing holistic quality management for crowdsourcing and crowdworking in SMEs, companies can improve their work processes, increase efficiency and at the same time ensure high-quality results. This enables them to utilize the full potential of crowd-based mechanisms to solve complex problems.

The project, funded by the Forschungsgemeinschaft Qualität e. V., makes an important contribution to the promotion of crowdsourcing in SMEs and to the further development of quality management.
