On 25 June 2025, our project team "DiWiBe" (University of Kassel and TU Munich) presented the current continuing education offer "DiWiBe - Understanding and teaching the digitalization of business and economics professions" as part of the virtual SGW expert forum of the initiative lernen:digital. The presentation was part of a varied program that offered insights into digital training products for numerous social and business-related subjects. The target group of the training course are teachers as well as trainers in vocational education with a focus on business education and economic education.

The two speakers, Verena Pfeiffer (University of Kassel) and Florestine Alexander (TU Munich), presented the practical training course, which prepares teachers for the challenges of digital transformation in commercial training occupations. Key aspects include the use of digital teaching and learning labs such as the DigiLLab at TU Munich and the development of professional skills for teachers and learners. Questions from the floor were then answered about the concept and the materials available.

The offer is expected to be available from Q4/2025 as a self-study unit or blended learning concept on the ComPleTT platform via lernen:digital. If you are interested or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
