Together with my doctoral candidates Tafadzwa Karuma and Dominik Tkalcic, I had the opportunity to attend this year's EGPA conference in Glasgow. We presented our current work on cross-border networks, the adaptive behaviour of nurses in times of digitalization and virtual care, and the preferences of local government employees with regard to change agents.

The presentations led to exciting exchanges and valuable feedback, which we will incorporate into our further research. In addition to the content-related impulses, the conference also offered many opportunities for networking and deepening existing contacts.

All in all, it was an inspiring and enriching event - even if the Scottish weather showed its typically rainy side.
