A simulation study took place on April 1, 2020 as part of the AnEkA research project. The aim of a simulation study is to test technology designed to protect fundamental rights in the practical application of human communication and cooperation (Roßnagel and Schuldt 2013). Everything should be as real as possible. Real test subjects (in this case real judges and lawyers) test real technology in their real environment according to their work and behavioral routines. Only the cases are simulated - so as not to cause any real damage.
