Presentation of project results at FQS - Forschungsgemeinschaft Qualität e. V.

Within the framework of the research project "Quality Management for Crowdsourcing", Anna Hupe and Ulrich Bretschneider were able to present the first results at the FQS - Forschungsgemeinschaft Qualität e. V.. In the project, which is being worked on at the department Wirtschaftsinformatik (Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister) together with the department Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement (Prof. Dr. Robert Refflinghaus), a reference process for the use of crowdsourcing and crowdworking is being developed. This process is particularly aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises and is adapted to their needs. This is to ensure the quality of the work performed by the crowd. The aim of the project is to enable SMEs to use crowdsourcing and crowdworking successfully in order to remain competitive in the long term.

The IGF project 21758 N / 1 of the Forschungsvereinigung Forschungsgemein-schaft Qualität e.V.
