Service Engineering & Management explores the development of theories, methods, models and tools for the systematic development, design and delivery of services and the resulting value creation systems. Currently we focus on the following topics:

  • c. Product-Service Bundling / Hybrid Value Creation

This field of research includes theories, methods, models and tools for the development of reproducable processes for high quality and knowledge intensive IT-based interpersonal collaboration. Currently we focus on:

The goal of Strategic IT-Management is to ensure the optimal utilization of information within the company with regard to its business objectives. IT-Management is a management as well as a technical discipline and is an integral part of business management. It embraces senior management tasks of information management. Currently we especially do research on:

  • b. IT in Mergers & Acquisitions or at Carve Outs
