On March 6, 2018, the joint project conclusion of the BMBF-funded projects StaySmart (FKZ: 02L12A280) and ChampNet (FKZ:02L12A170) took place in Lüneburg. This was presented to a wide audience as part of MKWI2018 under the title "Social and digital solutions for the acquisition, exchange and transfer of skills". The workshop offered a wide range of insights into scientific and practical findings from both projects. Practical insights were provided by presentations from practice partners BMW, Ingenium, Sartorius, WILO and EWR. An integrated marketplace was used to present the software solutions developed in the project. The workshop was rounded off with a panel discussion on current topics relating to aspects of demographic change and the use of social media to share knowledge.
