As part of a “Lunch & Learn” session last week at the Federal Government’s DigitalService in Berlin, Jakob Kühler presented key findings from his research on the patterns of meaning in digital transformation.

DigitalService is a subsidiary of the federal government and supports the federal administration in the development and implementation of digitization projects. The discussion focused on different understandings of digital transformation and its strategic importance for the communication and management of administrative digitization projects.
