Tarek Al Zoubi

Tarek Al Zoubi is a Master's student (M.Sc.) in the program "Economic Behavior and Governance" at the University of Kassel and works as a student assistant in the field of Public Administration and Management.

He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Syrian Virtual University and his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Damascus. In his MBA thesis, he studied the psychological effects of work pressure on employees at SABIC, which contributed to his academic interest in organizational behavior in institutional contexts. Prior to his current studies, he gained professional experience in organizational design, development of KPI-based monitoring and reporting structures, and preparation of structured financial and organizational analyses in corporate and banking contexts. His background combines an education in economics and business administration with practical experience in institutional reporting structures and data-driven decision-making processes.
