Together with my doctoral students, Tafadzwa Karuma and Dominik Tkalcic, I had the opportunity to attend this year's EGPA Conference in Glasgow. There, we presented our current research on cross-border networks, the adaptive behavior of nursing staff in the age of digitalization and virtual care, and the preferences of local government Employees regarding change agents.

The presentations led to exciting discussions and valuable feedback, which we will incorporate into our future research. In addition to the substantive insights, the conference also offered many opportunities for networking and strengthening existing connections.

Overall, it was an inspiring and enriching event—even if the Scottish weather was typically rainy.
