Dr. Annika Mies was awarded the Science Prize for outstanding dissertations by the Department of Economics at the University of Kassel for her dissertation on"Transforming towards a sustainable circular economy: exploring the social dimension, actor contribution and emerging paradoxes".

The awards ceremony took place as part of the Doctoral Researcher Day at  9.November 2023 and the subsequent ceremonial presentation of the doctoral certificates of the class of 2022/2023.
