The Verband der Hochschullehrer für Betriebswirtschaft e. V. (German Academic Association for Business Research, VHB) confers awards on remarkable international publications or innovative textbooks every year. Even in a crisis, science doesn't sleep - thus, this year as well the scientific boards of the VHB were called to nominate articles published in reputable journals with a peer review process and an international outlook.
                 
The article „A Multi-Method Approach to Prioritize Locations of Labor Exploitation for Ground-Based Interventions“, written by Stefan Gold together with Ioannis Kougkoulos, M. Selim Cakir, Nathan Kunz, Doreen S. Boyd, Alexander Trautrims and Kornlilia Hatzinikolaou, which was published in Production and Operations Management (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/poms.13496), was nominated for the VHB Best Paper Award 2022.
