At DESRIST (Design Science Research in Information Systems and Technology) in December 2020, the short paper contribution "Designing Effective Privacy Nudges in Digital Environments: A Design Science Research Approach" by Torben Jan Barev, Andreas Janson and Jan Marco Leimeister received the Vinton G. Cerf Award.
The paper provides practical assistance in the design and implementation of privacy nudges in the user interface of digital work systems. The integration of privacy nudges is intended to promote sensitive behavior with regard to privacy.
