As part of the Digital Administration working group of the digital association Bitkom, Caroline Fischer gave a presentation on transformations in public administration.
The focus was on organizational theory considerations and current research findings on error culture and change agents. From these considerations, Prof. Fischer derived initial impulses and recommendations for action for the planned Federal Ministry for Digital and State Modernization.
