The WISE Chair participated in the Informatik Festival 2023 organized by the Gesellschaft für Informatik.

In the AI education workshop, our PhD students Martin Hänel and Florian Weber contributed significant insights. They presented:

1️⃣ "Using conversational AI in higher education: the Education Buddy - An innovative intervention for international students with study difficulties" (Authors: Martin Hänel, Matthias Söllner).

2️⃣ "Supporting legal writing with an AI-based writing system" (Authors: Florian Weber, Thiemo Wambsganß, Matthias Söllner).

These findings offered a valuable exchange of fresh ideas and perspectives on relevant topics. The aforementioned papers were officially published in the GI Proceedings 2023.
