Last week, Jakob Kühler - research assistant at the department - defended his dissertation entitled "Digital Transformation as a Management Idea: Constructing Meaning and Strategy in Local Government" at the University of Potsdam with top marks.
In terms of content, he dealt with questions about attributions of meaning, organizational and strategic negotiation processes of orientation and procedures for digital transformation in local government. Following the forthcoming publication of his dissertation, Jakob Kühler will officially work as a postdoctoral researcher in the department.
