Das Fachgebiet Wirtschaftsinformatik der Universität Kassel (Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister) war auch bei den Einreichungen für die diesjährige International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), die vom 10.-13. Dezember 2017 in Seoul/Südkorea stattfinden wird, sehr erfolgreich: Insgesamt zehn Beiträge wurden auf Tracks dieser renommierten Konferenz angenommen. Die ICIS ist die bedeutendste internationale Konferenz im Bereich der Wirtschaftsinformatik und wird gemäß VHB-JQ3-Rating als einzige Konferenz in der Kategorie "A" eingestuft. Sie steht in diesem Jahr unter dem Motto “Transforming Society with Digital Innovation”.
