I need a certificate confirming that I have successfully passed my intermediate examination in my teacher training course (e.g. for a BAFöG application).

Certificates of successful completion of intermediate examinations in teacher training programs are issued by the examination office on request.

I would like to apply for a Master's program, but I have not yet completed all of my Bachelor's coursework...

I would like to apply for a Master's degree program, but I do not yet have a degree certificate for my Bachelor's degree...

Once you have completed all the coursework, you can apply for a provisional certificate from the examinations office.

No examination dates or withdrawal dates appear in the examination registration...

For oral examinations, no dates are displayed in HIS-POS. Register for the exam and arrange the exam date directly with the lecturer.

When registering for exams, several exam dates appear for a course...

This is either the possibility of taking the exam on different dates and/or the later date offers the possibility of a repeat exam.

Your lecturers will give you exact details.

The withdrawal deadline has passed, but I can't take the exam...

After the withdrawal deadline, you can only withdraw from an examination for urgent reasons and with a corresponding certificate.

In the event of illness, please inform the lecturer and the examination office immediately. Submit an original medical certificate as soon as possible. We will then enter the corresponding note in HIS-POS.

- Enter login and password

- Select "My functions

- Select examination administration

- Right-hand side: Register and deregister key competencies
(bottom alternative)

- Read and accept conditions, continue

- List of key competencies appears sorted by FB, select FB

- Search for credits

- then select course

I would like to have study and/or examination achievements from another degree program or another university recognized...

The examination committee of your degree program is exclusively responsible for the recognition of study or examination achievements from other degree programs and/or other universities.

In order to speed up the recognition procedure, please document your previous study and examination achievements in writing and, if necessary, make initial suggestions for equivalent course content in your current degree program (preferably in the form of a tabular comparison).

You will need a signed and stamped transcript of records to certify your coursework and examinations, which you can request from the Examinations Office by email.

I would like to take my exams under adapted examination conditions. What options are there for compensating for disadvantages?

Under certain circumstances (chronic illness, disability, care of relatives in need of care, etc.), students may be permitted to take examinations under adapted examination conditions. This compensation for disadvantages is intended to ensure that students have the same chances of successfully passing an examination regardless of their difficult special situation.
