Forschungsschwerpunkte
Lin’s research interests include governance frameworks of agricultural heritage systems, Indigenous Knowledge (IK) transfer, and cultural heritage management within social-ecological systems. Her current research explores governance mechanisms and socio-cultural valuation within Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS), with particular attention to how local and indigenous knowledge can be integrated effectively into heritage governance and conservation practices. Lin primarily employs qualitative social research methods, including discourse analysis and ethnographic approaches, to investigate the intersection of cultural narratives, governance policies, and ecological sustainability.
