M.Sc. Mi Stübler

Since July 2025, Mi has been supporting the "NEUE WEGE" project team as an employee of the University of Kassel at the FG Organic Food Quality. However, she has already been working as a research assistant in the project since 2023 and analyzes the status quo on externalities, self-sufficiency and sustainability indicators along the food value chain and is involved in the development of a monitoring system. Mi completed her Master's degree (M.Sc.) in "Technical Environmental Protection" in Berlin in 2018. Between 2019 and 2023, she worked in the research projects "Multi-Chamber Bio-Piler" and "Compost4Climate" for and at the German Biomass Research Center (DBFZ) on sustainable resource cycles and regenerative heat supply in agriculture using the example of the ANNALINDE nursery in Leipzig. From March 2024, Mi will be working there as a guest scientist* in the agricultural systems working group.
