Last weekend, the VORWERTS project was invited to present itself at the open house at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs (BMLEH). In addition to many interested visitors, Minister Alois Rainer and State Secretary Prof. Dr. Dr. Markus Schick also stopped by our booth to learn about the project and sample the delicious sourdough bread made from mixed-culture wheat.
