Annabelle Buhrow is a student assistant at the section of International Agricultural Policy and Environmental Governance for the GIZ-funded research project GovSoil. The project evaluates the role of policies in the context of soil and water conservation in rainfed agriculture in Tunisia and also aims to develop an interdisciplinary curriculum for agricultural studies focused on the subject of soil conservation. She has completed her Bachelors in organic agricultural sciences at the University of Kassel and is currently studying for a masters degree in sustainable international agriculture at the University of Göttingen and Kassel with a focus on agribusiness and rural development.
