Our graduates have an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of consumers in a more sustainable way. They must be aware of cultural differences and the importance of regional supply chains. The M.Sc programme qualifies its graduates for these responsible tasks in food businesses and related organizations. It is characterised by a multidisciplinary approach including food, business and consumer sciences.
