Information for Authors

General information

Authors have to register as users on ConfTool first. There you have the possibility to upload an abstract (maximum 300 words). The deadline for this is 2023, April 30th.

The abstract will be reviewed. Around mid-May 2023, the decision will be made about acceptance or rejection of your contribution.

If your contribution is accepted, a short paper of exactly 4 pages has to be uploaded by you to ConfTool by 2023, June 26rd. At the same time, registration as a participant of the symposium is required, otherwise your contribution will not be considered for the symposium. You can download the short paper template with instructions for writing this paper here in time. Please check your script carefully to avoid typos and spelling errors.

A review process will be conducted by members of the scientific committee starting 2023, June 26rd. Renowned scientists will provide valuable feedback regarding your contribution. Based on the reviewers' comments and evaluations, a decision will be made on the type of your presentation (oral or poster). You will be given the opportunity to revise your paper. The final version of your paper must be received on 2023, October 27th in a presentable form. The organizing committee will only add page numbers to the short papers, which will be published in digital and printed form.

Authors of outstanding contributions will be asked to present the results of their work in a long paper of about 8 pages. These selected papers will be published separately in a professional journal.
