Stefan Büchele is a research associate in the Economic Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (EPIE) working group (Department of Economics) and at INCHER. His current tasks (Dec. 2022) include supporting Prof. Dr. Guido Bünstorf as part of his membership of the Expert Commission on Research and Innovation (EFI) - this includes research, data analysis and reporting for the EFI report to the German government. In research, Stefan Büchele focuses on comparative analyses of doctoral students at state and non-state universities.
