Torger Möller has to cancel his lecture on February 16th "Competition is the answer, but what was actually the initial question?"

Due to health reasons, the talk by Torger Müller has to be cancelled. In the now postponed colloquium Müller intended to talk about effects of internationally differences on research funding, research conditions, and governance instruments on national research performances. We will catch up on this event with Torger Müller in the summer semester.

Dr. Torger Möller (Deutsches Zentrum für Hochschul- und Wissenschaftsforschung (DZHW), Berlin)

How do research funding, research conditions, and governance instruments differ across international higher education systems? To what extent do international differences affect research performance? And what does this mean for the German higher education and research system? These questions will be investigated by using different data sources (online survey, funding data, bibliometrics).

Planned for summer semester 2022: Zoom participation only after prior registration (koch@incher.uni-kassel.de). You will receive dial-in information close to the time of the respective lectures.
