Francisco Flores  is a research associate in the Department of Economic Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Before, he was researcher at the International Center for Higher Education Research Kassel (INCHER) and Ph.D. candidate in the Interdisciplinary PhD Program “Elite Reproduction in Transition?” Francisco has completed a Master's degree in Behavioural Economics and a Bachelor in Economics.

His research interest are the assessment of people's decision-making process and experimental economics, particularly among youth.
