Organisation
The Research Center for Information System Design (ITeG) currently includes 12 research groups from four different faculties of the University of Kassel. The board of directors is the decision-making body of the ITeG. The directorate includes all principal investigators of the participating research groups and three representatives of all researchers. A Scientific Advisory Board provides advice to the interdisciplinary research activities of ITeG.
Emerita and Emeritus professors have accumulated decades of experience within and outside academia. They have vast knowledge in research and teaching, as well as national and international contacts and networks. When they retire, these valuable resources are in danger of being lost to universities and, in turn, to society. So, we encourage our Emerita and Emeritus professors to participate as non-voting particpants in ITeG meetings whenever appropriate.
