  • Getting to know the Copenhagen model region with a focus on the public food procurement program through visits to a food school with golden organic certification (90-100% organic), walking around Copenhagen's central food market "Torvehallerne" and participating in a community meal at Absalon Cultural Center.
  • Dissemination of initial project results and exchange with practice partners through a multi-actor workshop (conference day) at the University of Copenhagen. Various dissemination formats were used to facilitate interdisciplinary discussions.
  • Contribute to project objectives and formulate recommendations and proposals for interventions to promote the transition to sustainable, resilient and organic food systems in Europe and North Africa (M2.3).
  • Potential contribution of workshop discussions to Narratives & Outcomes (D2.3).
