• Advise on finding a date and room and on cost planning
• Support in selecting a suitable online tool for conference organization
• Various tools for self-organization in the planning phase within the organizing Faculty
• Establishing contact with Kassel Marketing regarding hotel allotments, external locations and supporting program

Once the rough planning has been completed and the key data defined, we can also take over individual areas of further organization for you if required:

• Catering (advice, selection of suppliers, ordering)
• Financial and sponsorship management
• Room planning and production of signposts (room labeling, information signs, etc.)
• Conference technology
• Participant management (e.g. via Conf-Tool or Converia)
• Design of the conference website on the conference software website
• Recruitment and Coordinator of student assistants for the organization of the conference
• On-site support during the conference by a conference manager and one or more student assistants experienced in conference organization

Any personnel and material costs incurred must be covered by the organizing Faculty/department.
